Journal of Education Management Policy and Evaluation (JEPME) is a peer-reviewed open-access journal published TWO TIMES a year (June and December) by Institut Cinta Tanah Air through the Study Program of Educational Management.

This journal aims to publish innovative and high-quality scholarly works in the field of educational management, educational policy, and educational evaluation from various perspectives, contributing to the development of theories, practices, and policies in education.

The scope includes educational leadership, school management, higher education management, educational planning, policy analysis, quality assurance, curriculum management, educational supervision, human resource management in education, educational assessment and evaluation, and other related studies in educational administration and policy.

The journal serves as an academic platform for researchers, lecturers, practitioners, and policymakers to disseminate original research articles, conceptual papers, and critical reviews that strengthen educational institutions and learning systems. Through this publication, Institut Cinta Tanah Air is committed to supporting the advancement of educational management studies both nationally and internationally.
